Freight Sales Executive Overview
We are seeking a driven, target-focused Freight Sales Executive to join our clients growing team based just outside Dublin. Freight Sales Executive Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector
• Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Promote and sell a full range of freight services, with a focus on road freight solutions
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored, cost-effective logistics solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing deals
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs

Freight Sales Executive Key Requirements

• Proven experience in freight forwarding and a strong background in sales
• Good knowledge of road freight operations and the wider logistics industry
• Confident, professional, and highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Target-driven with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A passion for the logistics industry and delivering exceptional customer service
