Global Account Manager – Freight & Logistics

Location: Denver, Colorado – Office-Based
Base Salary: $75,000-$100,000, with flexibility up to $150,000 for senior-level talent
Additional Earnings: 1% of regional revenue across the Americas

Are you a commercially astute Global Account Manager who thrives on building strategic customer relationships, developing new business and delivering sustainable revenue growth?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global logistics organisation in Denver, managing and developing key customer relationships while playing a pivotal role in regional commercial success across the Americas.

Combining strategic account management with new business development, this role offers the opportunity to influence customer strategy, strengthen long-term partnerships and unlock significant commercial opportunities across an extensive international network.

The Opportunity

• Manage and grow strategic global accounts, building trusted relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.

• Drive new business opportunities, identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships and develop additional revenue streams.

• Operate at a senior level, confidently presenting account performance, commercial strategy and growth plans to executive stakeholders.

• Maximise customer profitability and retention, delivering outstanding service while identifying opportunities for long-term account development.

• Collaborate across international teams, coordinating activity and opportunities across the Americas and wider global network.

• Take commercial ownership, balancing customer satisfaction, revenue growth and new business generation.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in global account management, ideally within freight forwarding, logistics or international supply chain.

• A strong track record of managing complex, high-value customer relationships and driving commercial growth.

• A balanced approach to account development and new business generation, with the confidence to identify and convert opportunities.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage and report effectively at the highest levels.

• Strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking and the ability to influence across multiple regions and functions.

• A professional, proactive approach with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, office-based environment.
