Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer – Building Services
Working in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary design and property consulting specialist currently seeking a Building Services graduate Mechanical Design Engineer to join their Derbyshire region team.
The dual-office consultancy are continuing to expand and grow the Building Services design division with various projects ongoing and in the pipeline, predominantly within the Educational sector.
The team of assembled skilled designers and property specialists are devoted to ensuring Net Zero is met by 2030 and this is just one of a range of reasons this group are entrusted with a multitude of clients for their consulting requirements.
The Role –
– Assist in the development and detailed design of a multitude of Mechanical systems across varying built environment project sectors
– Working in close conjunction with Senior level Engineers to ensure design requirements are meeting set standards
– Undertaking calculations, assisted site surveys, feasibility studies, technical report writing
– Interacting with clients to provide detailed design amendment updates, as development into role progresses
Requirements –
– Possess relevant degree or equivalent in order to undertake successful career within Building Services Engineering
– Able to display understanding of design, drawing principles – aware of calculation phase concept
– Some knowledge of Mechanical specific systems
