The Role:
We are seeking a Head of Commercial to join the business in a highly pivotal role. This is a strategic sales-focused position within a 4PL environment, offering significant scope to progress into a directorship role. You will lead the commercial strategy, driving revenue growth while building and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive New Business Revenue and identify growth opportunities across existing and new markets.
• Manage Key Accounts, maximizing share of wallet and strengthening client relationships.
• Oversee Pipeline Management, ensuring commercial targets are met and exceeded.
• Lead Team Development & Training, coaching and mentoring staff to reach their potential.
• Provide strong Leadership & Management, influencing company strategy and operational delivery.

The Candidate:

• Proven experience in strategic sales and commercial leadership, ideally within freight, logistics, or 4PL environments.
• Strong track record of business development, key account management, and revenue growth.
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills, capable of motivating and inspiring staff.
• Commercially astute with the ability to influence stakeholders and shape business strategy.
