Health and Safety Executive
WR logistics are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Executive.
The position is working remotely however you will need to visit sites across the country when necessary.
Must have NEBOSH and IOSH Qualifications
Hours and Pay – Health and Safety Executive
- Monday – Friday
- 0830 – 1730
- £45,000
- Must be able to travel to the following sites for visits – Thurrock, Elsmere, Kingsbury, Northampton, Immingham but primarily working from home. (Can book hotels the night before the visit, if helps)
Main Duties & Responsibilities – Health and Safety Executive
- Provide the experience and knowledge to the business as on site HSE
- Preparing paperwork and investigating new product requirements for import / export and distribution for Hazardous and Dangerous Goods
- Preparing export documentation
- Knowledge of Incoterms, commodity codes and country of origin
- Liaising with internal departments & external freight forwarder agents
- Preparing of commercial invoices for imports / export and distribution
- General export admin tasks
- Monitoring of 3rd party invoices
- Supporting internal and external audits to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Work with our transport partners and key contacts to drive service delivery
- Ensure that clear communication is maintained between customer service functions both internally and externally
- Assist in the achievement of service level agreements (SLA’s) for our clients and to exceed customer expectations
