HGV Class 1 ADR Driver – Permanent Position
Location: Kent, UK
Salary: Up to £33,000pa (DOE)
Are you an experienced HGV Driver with Class 1 and ADR Certification (or keen to attain your ADR), looking to kick-start a new career for an established and growing Waste Management company in a permanent position? This role could be excellent for you!
My client is looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to join their team based in Kent.
Working Hours: Full Time: Monday – Friday (Guaranteed 40 hours a week) – Overtime and weekend work available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and Operate Class 1 vehicles including Tankers.
- Operate LGV Class vehicles on call-outs and prearranged jobs across Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex.
- Loading and Unloading vehicles.
- Complete all administration, paperwork and logbooks accurately and on time.
- Engage with customers when on site, being friendly and offering great service.
Requirements:
- Driver’s CPC and 2 years’ experience.
- Cat 1 Licence.
- Tacho Card.
- No more than 3 penalty points on licence.
- ADR Licence and Certification is desirable.
- Previous experience working for a Waste Management or Skip hire company is desirable.
