Up to £70,000 per annum + generous bonus scheme
I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to work for a reputable, award-winning care home provider within their large nursing home in Halifax.
The home provides high quality, person-centred residential, general nursing and dementia care for 100 residents, they are currently requires improvement with good in 3 areas.
Essential Home Manager requirements:
- Previous experience of managing a large nursing home
- Good knowledge of CQC, safeguarding and health and safety regulations
- Experience of budget management and audits
In return you will receive a generous salary of up to £70,000 per annum along with a generous bonus scheme, ongoing training, development and CPD opportunities & more
