I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to work as a Home Manager for a reputable care provider within their reputable care home in Fakenham.

The home provides care for 30 residents with Dementia, physical disability or elderly care needs. They have been rated good in all areas by the CQC.

As the Home Manager your role will include offering guidance and support to the staff team, reviewing care plans and assessing, planning and evaluating residents’ care, budget management, to ensure that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service and more.
