I currently have an exciting opportunity for a Home Manager to work within a small Mental Health and Learning Disability service in Brigg.
The service provides care for less than 15 residents and has been rated good in all areas by the CQC.
As the home manager your role will include:
- Running the home day to day
- Liaising with the CQC and other local authorities
- Being responsible for budgeting and finances within the service
- Supporting the staff team
- Ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service
