I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to work for a reputable care provider within their beautiful nursing home in Worcester.
The home provides high quality, person-centred elderly, general nursing and end of life care for up to 40 residents, they have been rated good by the CQC.
Essential Home Manager requirements:
- Leadership experience within a nursing home setting
- Excellent knowledge of CQC, safeguarding and health and safety regulations
- Nurse qualified
- Experience of budgets and auditing
- The ability to lead a multi-disciplinary staff team
You will receive a generous salary of up to £55,000 per annum along with a generous bonus scheme and a great benefits package.
