I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Care Home Manager to Manage a reputable, award-winning care home in Leicester.

The home provide residential elderly and dementia care as well as respite care for up to 40 residents. They have been rated good in all 5 areas by the CQC and have also been nominated and gone on to win awards including the outstanding care provider award.

As the Home Manager your role will include:

  • Day to day running of the home
  • Managing the home’s budget, finances and audits
  • Ensuring that CQC and health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service
  • Staff training and inductions
