I am currently looking for an experienced Home Manager to manage a Dementia specialist Care Home in Attleborough.

You will be working for a, established, rapidly growing care provider who specialise in elderly and Dementia care. The company pride themselves on providing affordable, person centred care.

As the Home Manager you will assist in the turnaround of a 30 bedded care home. You will be supported by the newly appointed, turnaround specialist Operations Manager and dedicated senior leadership team as well as the home’s long standing Deputy Manager.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the home and ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service.

For this role it is essential that you have previous home management experience as well as excellent knowledge around the CQC, DoLS and Health & safety regulations.

As the Home Manager you will receive a generous salary of up to £50,000 per annum.
