I currently have an exciting opportunity for a Home Manager to work for a reputable care provider within their highly regarded nursing home in Lincoln.
The home provides person-centred care for 40 residents with elderly and dementia care needs, they have been rated good in all areas by the CQC and have a great reputation for delivering high quality, person-centred care.
As the Home Manager you will support the home’s multi-discipliniary, established team in ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service.
Essential Home Manager requirements:
- Experience of running a nursing home
- Excellent knowledge of the CQC, health and safety and safeguarding policies, procedures and regulations
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience of performance management
- Previous experience of budgeting and audits
In return you will receive a generous salary of up to £50,000 per annum with a generous bonus and excellent training, development and internal progression opportunities.
You will be closely supported by the home’s regional management team and will work alongside the established Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead.
