I currently have an exciting opportunity for a Home Manager to work for a family run care company within their expanding nursing home in Horsham.
The home provides high quality, person-centred elderly care and has been rated good in all 5 areas. They are set in beautiful grounds and have an excellent reputation within the area.
As the Home Manager you will support the home’s multi-discipliniary, established team in ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service. You will also be responsible for managing the home’s 21 bed expansion and so any experience within commissioning, marketing and bed filling would be highly advantageous. You will be closely supported by the experienced Regional Managers and the MD.
Essential Home Manager requirements:
- Experience of running a nursing home
- Excellent knowledge of the CQC, health and safety and safeguarding policies, procedures and regulations
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Nurse qualified with an active UK NMC PIN
- Experience of performance management
- Previous experience of budgeting and audits
