I currently have an exciting opportunity for a Home Manager to work for a family run care company within their reputable Nursing Home in Thornton Cleveleys.
The home provides high quality, person-centred elderly, Dementia and general nursing and has been rated good in all 5 areas by the CQC.
As the Home Manager you will support the home’s multi-discipliniary, established team in ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service. The service provides care for 55 residents and is currently converting their residential unit in to Nursing. You will be closely supported by the experienced Regional Managers and the MD.
You should have previous experience of general home management as well as excellent knowledge of the CQC, health and safety and safeguarding policies, procedures and regulations. Due to the expansion any experience within commissioning, bed filling and marketing would be highly advantageous.
