I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to manage a small, award-winning, family run nursing home in Whittlesey.

The home provides specialist elderly, dementia, general nursing residential and respite care. They have been rated good in all 5 areas by the CQC, have excellent reviews and have also won and been short listed for a number of awards for their care.

As the Home Manager you will be closely supported by the homes directors and regional management team. You will work alongside the multi-discipliniary staff team and the Clinical Lead to ensure that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service.

You should have previous experience of leading a team as well as excellent knowledge of the CQC and health and safety regulations.

As the Home Manager you will receive a generous salary of up to £45,000 per annum.
