HR Officer / HR Advisor / HR Administrator – £28k+
An exciting opportunity has arisen within an electromechanical services provider in Cheddar. The purpose of the role is to coordinate all HR functions across the 4 UK based sites, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations and supporting management with policies and procedures.
If you are an experienced generalist HR Officer / HR Advisor / HR Administrator looking to take a step forward this will be ideal.
The Role
- Manage recruitment, advertisement, scheduling interviews liaising with recruitment agency’s
- Manage & Provide HR & Admin guidance to Directors & Management
- Assist with Monthly payroll & P11D & P60’S & any other Ad-Hoc reporting
- Monitor & Manage staff holiday, attendance & time-keeping
- Manage all contracts & New starter packs
- Ensure records are kept up to date with GDPR legislations
You
- Generalist HR background
- Administration experience a must
- CIPD or qualification similar would be ideal but not essential
- Have some recruitment experience
