HR Business Partner – CIPD Level 7 +

HR Business Partner required for Multi Site Global Logistics brand in West London.


The HR Business Partner will be responsible for all HR related matters for the UK and will be pivotal in ensuring that the full end-to-end employee lifecycle is delivered consistently, efficiently and in line with company policy and best practice.

The HR Business Partner will support the UK Manager and leadership team in developing an HR strategy that is aligned with the business goals and aligned with company values and employee engagement.


CIPD level 7 and above – ESSENTIAL

The Company :

This Express & Global Forwarding brand employ 14000 people across 50+ countries and operate within a network of 40 independent companies.

The Package:

£55K – £65K + benefits package to be discussed and agreed during the interview process

Requirements:

Experience supporting senior management teams
CIPD level 7+
Talent Aquisition
Experience supporting multiple UK sites
Development and delivery of global HR strategy
