HR Manager – Part-time

HR Manager required on a part-time basis to join a growing business in Chichester. Circa 200 staff, £40m TO.

Applicants should be local to Chichester, CIPD qualified with suitable HR management experience, a background in production or manufacturing environment is beneficial.

The Role

20 hours over at least 3 days per week on-site (or can be over 4-5 days)

Key responsibilities;

  • Overall people and culture lead
  • Implement business plans and vision
  • Talent Management, L&D
  • Managing a HR team of 3
  • Recruitment
  • Employment law expert
  • Provide a strong supportive and consistent presence at all levels throughout the business

Requirements

  • Previous HR manager level experience
  • CIPD level 5 qualified
  • Expert on UK employment law
  • Forward looking mentality i.e legislation, business growth/change, complexity
