Would you like to work for a global leader in sustainable technology? My client is looking for a HVAC Commissioning Manager to work on a static site in the North East. This is suitable for Commissioning Managers and Senior Commissioning Engineers with experience of commissioning HVAC equipment in critical cooling environments
Package:
- Single-site based
- Salary £65,000 – £75,000
- Net profit bonus

Role:
- Lead the commissioning process for HVAC systems on multiple projects
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures
- Perform system verification and functional performance testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues identified during the commissioning process
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients
- Document commissioning activities and prepare detailed reports
- Conduct training sessions for clients and end-users on system operation and maintenance
- Ensure all safety and regulatory requirements are met throughout the commissioning process
Requirements:
- Formal engineering qualifications such as a degree, diploma or completed air conditioning and refrigeration apprenticeship
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC commissioning
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and building automation
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using commissioning software and tools
