Our client is a leading name in Ireland’s HVAC sector, providing innovative heating and cooling solutions for commercial, industrial, and large-scale residential projects. As part of a respected international group, they offer a unique end-to-end service – from design and specification to full system supply and distribution. Their in-house engineering expertise and commitment to quality have positioned them at the forefront of Ireland’s building services industry for decades.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations for domestic, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems.

• Design mechanical system layouts and specifications in collaboration with consulting engineers and mechanical contractors.

• Support the external sales team with technical input, design data, and pricing guidance.

• Maintain and update project information and client interactions within the CRM system.

• Provide technical advice, system recommendations, and after-sales support to customers.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure proposals meet company standards for quality and efficiency.

• Represent the company professionally in all client and partner interactions.

• Perform other duties as reasonably required by management.

About You

• Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, Manufacturing, or Refrigeration Engineering (essential).

• Knowledge or experience within the HVAC industry is a distinct advantage.

• Previous experience in an estimation, technical sales, or design support role preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced office environment.

• Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland on a permanent basis.

• Base salary €50,000
