I’m recruiting an experienced HVAC Project Manager for a manufacturer of HVAC equipment. The company designs and installs heating, ventilation, air conditioning and chilled water systems across the South East
This is suitable for an experienced HVAC Project Manager, Air Conditioning Project Manager, HVAC Contract Manager, Air Conditioning Contract Manager, HVAC Contract Engineer or Air Conditioning Contract Engineer with experience of managing commercial HVAC projects from design to completion
Requirements:
- Engineering qualifications such as F-Gas, NVQ 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, NVQ 2 Heating & Ventilation, degree Mechanical Engineering or degree in building services
- Experience of managing cradle-to-grave HVAC projects
- Demonstrable knowledge of CDM Regulations and managing Health & Safety on site
Package:
- Salary £60,000 to £70,000
- Bonus based on project profit
- Company vehicle or allowance
- 9% pension
- 33 days holiday
