HVAC Sales Administrator
Overview
An established HVAC manufacturer is seeking to appoint an experienced Sales Administrator. This is a process-driven role supporting import/export sales, order accuracy and customer service delivery.
The Role
You will manage the end-to-end sales administration process, ensuring accurate order processing, returns handling and coordination with logistics and finance.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing sales orders via SAP, ensuring pricing, stock and delivery data are accurate
Coordinating import/export documentation and liaising with freight and distribution partners
Managing RMAs, returns and credit processes
Supporting internal sales and external account managers with order status updates
Liaising with warehouse and supply chain teams to resolve delivery queries
Maintaining accurate customer records and commercial documentation
The position is office-based and requires close collaboration with commercial, logistics and operations teams.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Support role within HVAC, engineering or technical manufacturing
Strong working knowledge of SAP (essential)
Experience handling import/export sales documentation
Familiar with order processing, returns and credit procedures
Confident liaising with contractors, distributors or B2B customers
Strong attention to detail and process accuracy
Package
Salary: £35,000
Office-based, 5 days per week
Location: Surrey
