Import Administrator
Import Administrator required for a thriving Freight Forwarder in Basildon
The Import Administrator This is a maternity cover contract – There could potentially be an opportunity to stay beyond this time however it is initially a 12-month contract.
Import Administrator package: £20K – £25K depending on experience. Monday- Friday 9:00- 17:15. Training and onsite parking.
The Import Administrator role: Obtain rate of exchange from carrier and update system, Raise Invoices to clients. Accrue costs. Check payables list. Support import/delivery team when necessary Assist with customer queries and Respond to insurance claims received, source all relevant info and pass to claims team.
