Import Freight Coordinator
Import Coordinator – Witham – Up to £35,000
Our client, who are an Independent freight forwarder are looking for an Import Freight Coordinator to join their growing team in Witham, UK.
As Import Coordinator, you will be tasked in arranging air, sea and road import assignments for the company’s customers.
Job type: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday | 08:00am – 17:00pm
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 | DOE

Responsibilities:
- Arranging air, sea & road import bookings
- Dealing with overseas offices & partners
- Working start to finish on files
- Processing sales & purchases
- Quoting UK clients for FCL
- Quoting & managing shipments for several FBA (Amazon clients)
- Updating new client bookings in shared drives with pricing.
- Looking after key accounts
- Raising Invoices
- Managing direct client accounts
- Ensure customer queries and complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- 3 years experience with a UK-based freight forwarder covering Air, Road and/or Sea freight.
- Experience in handling LCL shipments
- Right to work in the UK
