Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the Import team to achieve operational targets
• Oversee daily import operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
• Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities for team members
• Resolve complex operational issues using effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high service standards
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding/import operations
• 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms and relevant import/export regulations
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
