I’m recruiting an Industrial Painter to join a Milton-Keynes based manufacturer of heavy construction equipment on a full-time basis. A leading manufacturer with over 40 years’ experience providing truly innovative solutions to a variety of industries.
Alongside wet painting, this company is open to someone bringing in new ideas or processes- This may be related to the processes used, the layout of the shop, the production process etc.
The Role
Perform pre-painting activities (washing, prepping, basic rigging etc.)
Applying a variety of industrial coatings to fabricated metal products
Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment and observe good safety habits
You
- Have held a similar Industrial Painter role in a manufacturing/engineering environment
- Local or within commutable distance of Milton Keynes
- ICATS/TTP certification preferred but not required
- Experience in Powder coating would be a bonus
- Knowledge of shop layout, production flow etc. would help you stand out.
Benefits Package
- £16-£20 p/h
- 39 hours p/w
- Additional rate for overtime
