Intermediate / Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Building Services

My client are an award winning M&E Engineering Consultants. They provide a full service MEP design and project management service, working with sub-contractors, main contractors and developers. Typical projects are up to £15m.

The multi-office Building Services Consultant are currently looking to add an Intermediate to Senior standard Mechanical Design Engineer professional to the Nottingham-based team currently.

YOU

• Leadership of the mechanical design of projects with minimal supervision
• Providing supervision including mentoring/coaching/development and performance management for a small team of Engineers.
• Plan and execute to agreed plans
• Delivery of complex engineering solutions to agreed time scales and budgets
• Attend design team meetings, working with the wider client team to deliver projects
• Provide technical support for clients, suppliers and guidance for installation and commissioning activities

YOU

• Mechanical Design Engineer with bespoke multi-disciplinary engineering environment.
• Experience within AutoCAD
• A good understanding of current regulations, particularly the Part L Building
• Experience of working to ISO9001 or equivalent in a project based organisation
• Chartered Engineering status – not essential
• Experience within IES – not essential

PACKAGE

• Salary to £60K
