Interim Home Manager (6 months FTC)
Wigston, Leicester
Up to £53,850 per annum
I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to work as an Interim Home Manager for a leading healthcare provider within their care home in Wigston.
The home provides person-centred elderly, dementia and mental health care for 50 residents. They are currently rated requires improvement with the CQC.
As the Home Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the staff team and ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service
- Liaising with local authorities, CQC
- Care planning, assessments and reviews
- Audits and budget management
You should have previous experience of managing a Care Home, leading a team, dealing with local authorities and the CQC and good knowledge of care home finances/ budgeting.
In return you will receive a generous salary of up to £53,850 per annum.
