Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer – Building Services
Working in conjunction with an established independent Design Practice presently seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer professional to be based out of either Liverpool or Manchester office locations.
The multi-office consultancy offer expert insight and high standard design, advice and reporting services within the property development and construction sector.
Throughout more than 50 years of operation this independent practice have assisted various well-recognised clients with built environment design requirements across a range of project sectors.
The Role –
– Taking responsibility for individual projects across a multitude of built environment sectors
– Preparation of detailed designs, drawings in line with required project specifications
– Undertaking calculations, conducting technical reports and site surveying
– Direct dialogue with clients and/or contractors as well as attendance in project and design team meetings
Requirements –
– Possessing degree within Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or relevant industry area
– Minimum of 3 years’ industry background within a Mechanical Design Engineering role
– Working knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, Hevacomp, Revit (advantageous)
Package –
– To £55k per annum
– 23 days’ holiday yearly, excluding bank holiday
– 4-day working week
– Birthday leave
– Hybrid working
