I am recruiting for an Internal Account Manager to join a family friendly Electronics company based in Nottingham. A great opportunity to join this great company and enjoy a good work/life balance. This role would suit someone in Account Management or a BDM role with an Electronics or Manufacturing background
The Role
Internal Account Manager will work between the Sales Team & Development Centre. You will manage multiple low value and prototype accounts along with all the services and administration associated. You will be the main contact for those accounts, moving quickly to ensure timely delivery. Success will be to build long lasting relationships with those customers.
- Be the first point of contact for your customers.
- Ensure the timely delivery of your customer’s products.
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of business improvement with existing products.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on account status for internal and external use
You
- Have an understanding of Electronic Engineering or Manufacturing experience.
- Good presentation skills.
- Business Development or Sales experience (Ability to engage & negotiate).
- Great communication skills.
- A willingness to learn
