Internal Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Executive – Leeds – Competitive Salary – Office Based
Internal Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Executive required for a leading fastener manufacturer, working from the companies Leeds Branch.
As the successful Internal Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and building on existing customer relationships as well as seeking new business opportunities. You will update and maintain the companies CRM system and ensure all customer orders are processed.
The Package
Salary – Generous remuneration depending on experience
Working Hours – 8:30-17:00 (Monday-Thursday) & 8:30-16:30 (Friday) with a 30 minute lunch break

The Role
- You will be responsible for the sale of fasteners selling to distributors & end users.
- You will build relationships with new and existing customers, developing new business accounts and revenue streams.
- You will deal with customers/suppliers by telephone, MS Teams and e-mail.
- You will offer customer / supplier support.
- You will update and maintain the companies CRM system.
- You will process customer orders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Sales Executive, Internal Sales, Senior Sales Administrator or similar
- Solid engineering sales experience, previous experience selling fasteners, bearings, screws, fixtures of similar high volume products is essential
- Commutable to Leeds
