We are looking for an Internal Sales Engineer to join my clients family-owned organisation with over 40 years of business within oil, gas and petrochemical industry.

The role is based in Knutsford for one of the world’s leading manufacturers for the oil & gas and process industries. My client has won recognised awards for Export, Manufacturing and Growth.

The Role:

As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our sales operations by:

• Providing Quotes: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotations
• Supporting External Sales Team: Act as a dedicated resource for our external sales team, offering technical expertise, product knowledge, and assistance with customer inquiries.
• Assisting with Tenders and Bids: Participate in the preparation of tenders and bids, ensuring that they are comprehensive and competitive.

You:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Be experienced in selling a technical product
• Be competent in reading engineering drawings
• Have managed a portfolio of international customers
• Balance high workload, whilst maintaining tight deadlines
• Have the ability to take ownership of tasks and be responsible for your own work
