Internal Sales Engineer – Valves

Are you an Internal Sales Engineer or have hands on experience such as a Project Engineer in the valves industry?

My client are a UK leading manufacturer of valves and are looking for an Internal Sales Engineer to join the team.

The Role

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Provide technical assistance and advice to customers
  • Process orders, quotations, and sales agreements accurately
  • Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities to close sales.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer data and sales activity.
  • Collaborate with the external sales team
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience working with valves
  • Engineering qualification would be preferred
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills

Package

  • Salary to £41,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday – Early Friday finish
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Company pension
