Internal Sales Engineer
Internal Sales Engineer – Office Based – Conveyor & Automation Equipment – £35,000-£50,000
Internal Sales Engineer required to join a leading manufacturer of conveyor equipment and automated solutions.
As the successful Internal Sales Engineer you will provide technical customer support, will manage customer relationships and will have experience creating quotations.
The Package:
Salary £35,000-£50,000 (DOE)
Working Hours – 07:30 – 16:00 Mon-Thurs 07:30 – 13:00 Friday
The Role:
- Consultancy and advice for customer applications.
- Providing pre-contact documentation such as drawings, layouts and quotes for customer projects.
- Order processing and lead time planning.
- Full customer relationship management post order and delivery, including complaint management and resolution.
- After-sales support
- Management of the companies CRM database and sales tracking of quotes, proposals and orders
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience within Internal Sales, Technical Sales, Applications Engineering or Technical Sales Support.
- Will ideally have worked within conveyor systems, material handling, automation or similar, although other capital equipment experience would also be considered.
- Must be happy to be site based 5 days a week.
