Internal Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Executive / Account Manager

I’m recruiting an Internal Sales Engineer to join a supplier of HVAC products in West London. You’ll be joining a growing company, with nationwide expansion plans.

You’ll be part of a small team that promises to grow in the coming years. You’ll ideally have experience in an internal sales role, handling inbound enquiries and managing key account. Technical experience in heating, HVAC, plumbing or similar will be beneficial but not essential.

The Role

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries
  • Providing technical guidance on range of products (heaters, HVAC products, heating elements)
  • Buying new products from suppliers, negotiating costs
  • Managing 40+ key accounts in addition to smaller customers- providing technical advice, product recommendations and upselling


  • Commercially astute, with experience in a similar internal/inside sales environment
  • Good knowledge of technical products, such as HVAC, plumbing or similar which may have come in a role as an engineer, trade counter sales or field sales
  • Based within commutable distance of West London Office (near Acton and Shepherd’s Bush)
