Internal Sales Engineer – Knutsford
Technical Sales Engineer required for a manufacturer based in Knutsford, Cheshire. The Sales Engineer will be reporting to the sales manager, compiling technical quotes, providing technical support for external sales team and assisting with tenders and bids.
You will ideally come from an Internal Sales Engineer, Applications Engineer, Project Engineer or similar Technical sales background or a mechanical engineering graduate who is keen to start their career in sales.
Candidates will have an engineering qualification and be able to read engineering drawings – apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree in mechanical engineering or similar. Engineering Graduates with some office, internal sales or customer service work experience are welcome to apply.

- £25,000 – £32,000 dependant on experience
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays

The role:
- As a Sales Engineer, you will join a busy and vibrant sales office
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone & email
- Evaluate enquiries to offer the correct products and solutions to match the customers requirements and applications
- Compiling quotations, working from product specifications and drawings
- Provide technical support for the external sales force and customers
