Internal Sales Executive

WR Logistics are recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive in St. Albans.

This is a permanent opportunity for someone who is just starting out in their sales career and would like to progress within the freight forwarding industry.

My client is a family run business and a big player in the freight industry and is an exciting time to join. Based in St. Albans within a new modern office.

Industry experience would be an advantage but not essential. Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and sales skills.

Hours and Pay – Internal Sales Executive

• Monday – Friday
• 0830 – 1730
• £25,000 Basic (depending on experience) + Bonus up to £5,000 per year
• 22 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Contributory pension scheme

Job Purpose – Internal Sales Executive

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Working as part of a team of 3, the Sales Executive

• Maximises the potential of new and existing clients, principally through outbound verbal engagement.
• Builds strong personal relationships with new and existing clients
• Negotiates with clients and suppliers.
• Submits quotes and converts.
• Talking clients through the administrative requirements of shipping post Brexit.
• Account management.
• Attends and participates in Sales meeting
• Attends meetings via Zoom or face to face if circumstances permit with key Accounts

A Friendly telephone manner.
