My client has been a pioneer in the ventilation industry for over 50 years, providing innovative and efficient ventilation products that improve indoor air quality and comfort. They are looking for an Internal Sales person, Sales Engineer or salesperson who has great knowledge of ventilation products to join a market-leading manufacturer
Package:
- Salary £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
- Net profit bonus
- Hybrid working, 3 and 2
- 33 days holiday
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an internal sales or customer service role within the HVAC industry
- Must have knowledge of ventilation systems or HVAC products
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide product information and technical support to customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Follow up on quotations and leads to close sales
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts
