Junior Contract Engineer – Building Services

My client is a public sector business that is responsible for mechanical and electrical services throughout West Sussex. They are looking for Contract Engineer with either mechanical or electrical background to train to manage sub-contractors, provide technical advice and work closely with both consultants and surveyors

This is suitable for a Building Services Engineer, Project Manager, or Electrical Engineer who is looking to progress off the tools, into a management position

Requirements:

• Electrical or mechanical engineering qualifications such as a degree, diploma, HNC, HND, apprenticeship or equivalent
• Experience in managing building services installations
• Knowledge of building services contracts
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors and suppliers
• Competent IT skills

Package:

• Salary £42,000
• Holiday starting at 26 days, increasing to 32, plus bank holidays
