Key Account Coordinator
Key Account Coordinator – Central London – Up to £40,000
Our client who are a global company are looking for a Key Account Coordinator to join their team in Central London.
The individual will be tasked in looking after one of their blue chip accounts with the start to finish process.
Office Hours 09:00 – 17:00 (One day working from home)
Salary : 30k – 40k Depending on Experience
Holiday allowance: 25 Days plus bank holidays
Job Description
- Communicate with Clients regarding consignment progress.
- Book appropriate transport to meet requirements of goods to be transported.
- Comply with EU and UK regulations and requirements regarding Import / Export documentation.
- Provide assistance and cover in other areas of the operation team as required.
- Maintaining accurate records
- Paying shipping line and liaising with their release teams to obtain clearance of cargoes
- Arranging planned deliveries with the haulier
- Ensure that tanks are returned to correct locations, cleaned, and repaired in a timely manner.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Enthusiasm with the motivation to learn and grow.
- Must be able to Plan loads.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Import/Export Experience
- Attention to Detail
- Good Communication skills and high level of customer service.
- Knowledge on Microsoft office
- Ability to work on own initiative
Experienced required
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum 1 year experience in logistics.
- Preferably with some previous experience of handling tank containers but this is not necessary.
- Good communication and organisational skills are essential. Also good at working in a team.
