Key Account Freight Forwarding Coordinator – £30K- £32K – Burton-on-trent

A Freight Operator is required for a Global Freight Forwarders Key account office in Burton on Trent.
The Package:
- £30K- £32K depending on experience
- 22 days increasing to 25 plus bank holidays.
- Pension – (Company contribution 7.5%)
- bonus scheme twice a year
- EOTM £75 voucher
- Awarded “Great place to work” in October
- Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week 9-5
- Death in service

Key account Operator Role:
- Effectively communicate Export/Import needs start to finish between the key account and the forwarding office.
- An exceptional customer care standard at all times. Communicating daily on the phone.
- Ability to build relationships
- Invoice jobs on completion
Freight Coordinator Requirements:
- Freight experience
- Import or Export essential
- Previous experience of working for a Freight Forwarder is essential
- Operational skills
- Excellent Customer Service experience
