Lead Air Conditioning Engineer

A growing independent air conditioning specialist is seeking an experienced Lead Air Conditioning Engineer to take a key role within the business, carrying out installation, service, maintenance and commissioning work across both residential and commercial projects.

This is more than just a hands-on engineering role – you’ll be a trusted senior engineer whose experience will help shape technical standards, influence business decisions and support the company’s long-term growth. You’ll work on a wide range of split, multi-split, ducted, cassette and VRF/VRV systems, delivering a first-class service from installation through to fault finding and commissioning.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience within the air conditioning industry.
Strong background in installation, service, maintenance and fault finding.
Experience working on Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Samsung and Haier equipment.
Confident installing and commissioning split, multi-split, cassette, ducted and VRF/VRV systems.
F-Gas Category 1 qualified.
Experience across both residential and commercial projects.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
High standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence.

Package
£45,000-£50,000 basic salary depending on experience.
Overtime available.
