LEV Engineer – P601

Are you a looking for a varied role including installation project management and LEV testing?

LEV Engineer required to work with a reputable HVAC business who design, manufacture and install industrial ventilation, LEV, cooling and heating systems into industrial factories, warehouses, prisons and schools.

The company has been established over 30 years, you will be part of a small team and so each day will be varied between LEV testing, project management, site surveys, design, RAMS.

This is a nice 3rd generation small business that design and manufactures their own products but works as a contractor supplying products, expertise, and managing installation projects. They have an excellent reputation for quality and delivering projects.

The role:

– LEV testing and manage multiple installations carried out by trusted sub-contract installers
– You will work closely with customers to deliver their projects ensuring quality, budget, and time-scales are met.
– You will assist with producing RAMS and other Health and safety documentation for each project
– Site visits are required to survey, measure up, and to plan the smooth running of each installation with the main client/contractor
– You will be required to work on ISO9001 quality management documentation
– Ensure compliance for quality and audit purposes standards and specifications
– Carryout occasional Toolbox talks with sub-contractors

Essential for this role:

– P601

Some of the following are very beneficial;

– Previous worked as LEV Engineer
– P602, P603, P604
– Experience working with ISO9001 documentation, ideally in an SME environment
– Knowledge/experience in preparing RAMS
– HVAC or specifically ventilation / ductwork experience
– Experience giving toolbox talks
– Flexible attitude to mucking in / team work required in an small business
– Available for occasional early starts to carry out site visits

Package:

– £30K – £40K salary
– Use of company vehicle

– 20 days holiday per annum + bank holidays + Christmas week shut down.
