Lift Service Engineer – Dorset / Hampshire
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Bonus
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Lift Service Engineers to join a well-established and growing lift engineering business, covering the Dorset and Hampshire region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified engineer seeking stability, strong earning potential, and a regional patch.
The Role
- Carrying out planned maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs on a range of passenger and goods lifts
- Attending breakdowns and fault finding across various manufacturers
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with industry standards and safety regulations
- Managing your own service route and workload effectively
- Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering – essential
- Proven experience in lift servicing and maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across multiple lift types and control systems
- Good knowledge of industry standards (LOLER, BS EN standards)
- Full UK driving licence
- Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
- Able to provide a reference
Package & Benefits
- Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus up to 10% based on KPI performance
- Company vehicle
- Monday-Friday (8am-4pm)
