Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid or On-site)

Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing logistics and supply chain organization in the Philadelphia area. The company is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support day-to-day logistics operations, analyze transportation and warehouse performance, and provide data-driven insights that improve efficiency and reduce costs.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, problem-solving, and collaborating across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and transportation data

• Produce reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as freight spend, on-time delivery, carrier performance, and inventory flow

• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities within the supply chain

• Support logistics planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management initiatives

• Work closely with carriers, 3PLs, internal operations teams, and management

• Assist in implementing and optimizing TMS/WMS systems

• Provide analytical support for cost-reduction and process-improvement projects

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a similar field

• 1 to 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain analytics

• Proficiency with Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with TMS or WMS platforms is an advantage

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
