Logistics Coordinator – Aberdeen – Up to £45,000
Our client are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Aberdeen, UK
As Logistics Coordinator, you will be involved in operations and customer services for all operations for their vessel operator clients.
Job type: Permanent.
Salary: Up to £45,000
Day-to-day:
- Preparation and tracking of shipments
- Arranging local, national and on occasion international transport freight
- Communication with customers to provide excellent levels of customer service
- Reactive and proactive sales
- Handling client offshore container fleet stock, to include testing & certification
- Monitoring On Hand Reports to ensure material is handled as per client KPI
Requirements:
- Knowledge of North Sea Logistics
- Knowledge of International Freight forwarding
- Experience working for a UK based freight forwarder
- Right to work in the UK
- Knowledge of customs procedure would be desirable
