Hours: 0900 – 1730 / Monday – Friday

Job responsibilities – Logistics Coordinator
Reporting to the Branch Manager. Working in a newly formed sales office your role will be to assist the branch manager to develop and grow the Bristol branch. Ensuring all shipments are carried out to the highest standards at all times and customer requirements are met.
Be proactive in relation with the customers of the branch.
Booking receipt
Shipment tracking
Quoting & supplier relationship building
Network and Partner communication
General admin: filing, queries, claims, PODs etc
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in European Road Freight or office based logistics.
Customer service skills
Proficient in Math and English
Other languages beneficial
Proficient in Microsoft office (Word / Excel / Teams)
