They are now looking for a Manufacturing Administrator to join their team – a key role supporting production accuracy and efficiency by maintaining up-to-date information within Microsoft Dynamics

The Role

Working closely with the Projects, Drawing Office, and Manufacturing teams, you will ensure that all production data, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and route packs are accurately created and maintained. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and technical skills who enjoys working with systems and data in a fast-paced engineering environment.

It’s an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in production planning, operations coordination, or manufacturing support.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and route packs in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Act as a key liaison between the Drawing Office, Project, and Manufacturing departments.

Ensure all production and welding teams accurately record their hours and job allocations in D365.

Support production tracking, scheduling, and reporting through the ERP system.

Validate and update production data to ensure full accuracy and alignment across departments.

Assist with document control, data management, and administrative support.

Generate regular reports to support costing, performance, and planning activities.

Help identify and correct data inconsistencies to maintain accurate production records.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively across departments.

Eagerness to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment.

Package:

Salary around £30,000

8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 3.30pm Friday with a 30-minute lunch

25 annual holidays plus 8 days of bank holiday

Office based
