Manufacturing / Production Operative – Gloucester Quays – £23,000-£26,000 – Permanent, Full-time
Manufacturing / Production Operative required to join a fast-growing manufacturing company based in Gloucester, near Gloucester Quays.
As a Manufacturing / Production Operative, your role is the timely manufacture or assembly of components to meet the requirements of the production schedule as directed by the Production Team Leader.
Please note, all successful applicants will be provided with product training which will be held in Manchester for 12 weeks. All expenses and travel will be covered by the company.
The Package:
Salary – £23,000-£26,000
Working hours – 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm Monday – Friday, rotating weekly
26 days of annual leave

The Role:
- Able to understand and follow all relevant Health and Safety requirements.
- Manufacture and/or assemble parts using defined drawings and process documentation.
- Verify dimensions using measuring equipment.
- Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
- Fill in documentation with relevant information.
- Be quality focused and maintain high quality standards.
- Competent use of hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Monitor relevant machinery as required.
- Provide feedback to the Team Leader on issues and concerns arising, along with potential solutions.
Requirements:
- Hands on experience, firmly grounded in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Able to read and understand technical drawings.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Able to use basic measuring equipment and various hand tools.
- Physically fit.
